Janar Jailauova

Janar Jailauova has had a varied and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Janar started their career in 2006 at Air Astana, where they held multiple roles including Regional Sales Executive, Sales and Marketing Manager, Director Sales Asia, and Director of Reservation and Ticketing department. Janar was also appointed as the Regional General Manager for Gulf and Indian Subcontinent, representing the airline in the UAE and ISC markets. In 2018, Janar joined FlyArystan as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and later became the Commercial Director. Janar is currently the Director of Product Development at Air Astana. Throughout their roles, Janar has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing sales, marketing, and operational activities across various regions.

Janar Jailauova has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 2016, they attended the Cranfield School of Management for the Cranfield General Management Program. Additionally, Janar has completed professional courses in Airline Pricing and Tariffs at ATPCO UK, London, as well as Airline Advanced Revenue Management at IATA Almaty. Janar has also completed professional courses in IATA Bank Settlement Plan Accreditation in KZ at IATA Madrid.
