Customer Service Training Manager-inflight Services Department at Air Astana

Viktoriya Khvan has extensive experience in the aviation industry, specifically in training and customer service roles at Air Astana. Since July 2017, Viktoriya has served as Manager of Service Training, after transitioning from the position of Customer Service Training Manager in the Inflight Services Department, a role held since June 2013. Previously, Viktoriya worked as a Service Manager and Service Trainer from September 2006 to May 2012, and as an Inflight Supervisor from June 2005 to August 2006. Viktoriya's career at Air Astana began as a Flight Attendant from May 2003 to May 2005. Academically, Viktoriya holds a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from Abaiy Almaty State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from "Kainar" University.
