Zhanna Shayakhmetova

Zhanna Shayakhmetova is an accomplished professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Passenger and Cargo Sales and previously held the roles of Managing Director of Cargo and Director of Cargo Sales at Air Astana. With a strong foundation in organizational management, Zhanna has also contributed as Manager of the Project Office, Cabin Crew Performance Manager, and Cabin Crew Instructor at Air Astana. Zhanna is enhancing academic credentials with ongoing studies at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and has completed an executive program at Henley Business School.
