Head Of Digital Marketing at Air Baltic

Agnese Jakovica began their work experience in 2000 as an Exposition Guide for the Latvian Pavilion at Expo 2000. Agnese then worked as a Marketing Specialist for the Latvian Tourist Board from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, Agnese joined Tchibo as a Trainee in the Communication Department. Agnese transitioned to Baltic Country Holidays in 2003, where they served as a Sales & Marketing Manager until 2006. Agnese then started working at airBaltic in 2006, initially as an International Marketing Manager, responsible for planning and executing sales-focused promotion campaigns. Agnese eventually served as Senior Marketing Manager before being promoted to Head of Digital Marketing in 2020. In their current role, Agnese leads a team and is responsible for creating and optimizing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Agnese Jakovica completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Latvijas Universitate from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Rīgas valsts 1. ģimnāzija from 1986 to 1997. Agnese also holds a Master's degree in Media Management from an institution called "invalid6229794." In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Business and Data Analysis, Digital Marketing Analytics, Email Marketing, Mailchimp Foundations, and various Google AdWords certifications.
