Yame Sechele is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as a PAFA Accountancy Quality Advisory Board Member since January 2023 and holding the position of Finance Manager at Air Botswana since July 2018, Yame has also contributed as a Technical Committee Member for the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Revenue Accountant and Section Accountant - Sales Audit & Refunds at Air Botswana and Accounts Manager at Motovac. Yame's career began as a Financial Accountant at Choppies Enterprises Ltd from April 2013 to December 2017. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, a Professional Qualification in Accounting from ACCA, and currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Sheffield Hallam University.

Air Botswana is the country's national airline. The airline operates and maintains a fleet of four aircraft, that includes an Embraer 170 Jet, ATR42-500 and two ATR72-600 advanced turbo propeller aircrafts which operate the domestic and regional scheduled flights.
