Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Ian Timtim has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having worked in various roles related to aircraft maintenance and operations. Initially, Ian served as a Propeller Overhaul Apprentice at Manila Aircraft Propeller Services, Inc. and later took on responsibilities as a Ramp Agent at Menzies Aviation. Ian further developed skills as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, holding positions at Trans Capital Air, Jazz Aviation LP, and currently at Air Canada, where responsibilities include performing A-checks, line checks, and engine changes. Notably, Ian has gained hands-on experience with a variety of aircraft, including DHC-7, DA42, CRJ900, CRJ200, Q400, and E175, and has also worked as an Operations Maintenance Planner, coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring availability of necessary tools and parts. In addition, Ian participated in job shadowing with WestJet.
