Maxwell Williams

Maxwell Williams currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Air Comm since 2019, overseeing operations, sales, service, and rental departments, while also focusing on revenue growth and staff training. Prior to this role, Maxwell held the position of General Manager at HCI from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included training staff and managing the branch's P/L. Maxwell also worked as a Communications Consultant, helping to acquire and maintain clients. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Chemist at Chemtool Incorporated, where tasks involved maintaining chemical balance at the John Deere Engine Works site, and as a Greenskeeper at Fox Ridge Golf Course. Maxwell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Wartburg College, earned in 2015.
