Lucy Cockerill

Lucy C. is an experienced strategic leader currently serving as the Group Strategy & Engagement Director at Air Control Industries since July 2013, where responsibilities include providing strategic advice and ensuring effective planning for the organization. In addition, Lucy founded TLC Enterprises in February 2025 to assist purpose-led businesses in achieving growth with clarity and integrity. Engagement with organizations such as eoa highlights Lucy's commitment to industry collaboration, with roles as Deputy Chair and Representative on the EOA Membership Council. Previous experiences as a Marketing Manager at both Electric Mobility Euro Ltd and as an Exhibitions Organiser at JobServe demonstrate a strong background in marketing, event planning, and team management. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Winchester and completed additional education at Bridgwater & Taunton College in 2022.
