They began their career as an intern at Chaminade Julienne High School in 2009 and later worked as a Marketing Outreach Coordinator at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Marketing Events Specialist at Equity Trust. Following this, they held roles as an Account Executive at HKM Direct Market Communications in 2014 and as a Marketing Specialist at BilJax by Haulotte Group in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Associate at Manchester RBG from 2019 to 2023. KT Heil is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Air Control Products, Inc.
From 2005 to 2009, KT Heil attended Baldwin Wallace University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
