Audrey Zoumboi

Audrey ZOUMBOI is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and recruitment. Currently serving as Cheffe de service Développement RH at Air Côte d'Ivoire since February 2024, Audrey leads HR projects, defines and pilots HR strategy, manages budgets, and provides coaching for managers. Previous roles include Responsable développement RH at ATECNA, where Audrey navigated HR facets during a merger, and at Altays and N3XT intégrateur SAP, focusing on recruitment processes, employee experience, and talent management. Audrey also has a background in creative writing, serving as a romancière at La_petiteyool_colorée since September 2018. Audrey holds a Master II in Human Resource Management from ESCG Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences with a focus on work psychology from Université Paris Nanterre.
