Jim Polack is an experienced Electrical Design Engineer currently employed at Air Enterprises since 2017. Prior to this role, Jim served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Micropoise Measurement Systems from 2004 to 2016, focusing on providing first-line support and resolving mechanical and electrical root cause issues. Earlier, Jim worked as an Independent Contractor Production Planner at The Steelastic Company, managing change and work orders via Metasystem’s ERP software while collaborating with various departments on tire-related machinery. From 1992 to 2002, Jim held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Facts Inc., where oversight of technicians and manufacturing personnel was combined with the development of designs and procedures for factory automation control systems adhering to NFPA 79 standards. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from The University of Akron.
