Shirry Knitel Manor, PMP, has extensive experience in airworthiness and systems engineering, currently serving as Program & Airworthiness Manager at AIR since July 2021 and as System Engineering & Airworthiness at Polarity Mobility since April 2019. Prior to these roles, Shirry Knitel Manor held various positions at the Israeli Air Force from October 2000 to July 2017, including Airworthiness Group Lead, where responsibilities included developing methodologies for military airworthiness and performing type inspections on aircraft. Additional roles included Structural Integrity Group Lead for the F16 fleet, Aircraft Upgrades Design Group Lead for aeromechanical project management, Project Manager for UAV systems integration, and leading the BattleHawk project for a new attack helicopter demonstrator. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
