Arwen Masteller

Arwen Masteller serves as a Digital Action Officer in the Commander's Action Group at the Air Force Research Laboratory since October 2023. Previously, Arwen held roles as Lead Consultant, Enterprise Architect, and SAFe Product Owner at Vana from August 2020 to October 2023, focusing on streamlining research and design business functions for the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Regional Director and Audit Chair at ASQ - World Headquarters from January 2020 to September 2021, where Arwen led a 60-member section in ensuring accurate organizational reporting. Arwen's earlier tenure at LexisNexis spanned over a decade, during which positions included Director of Operational Effectiveness and Director of Quality Operations, achieving notable improvements in operational effectiveness and cost savings. Arwen’s academic credentials comprise a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, a Master's Degree in Management from Antioch University Midwest, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wright State University, along with education from Wharton Online.
