David Irvin

David Irvin has extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and program management within various branches of the United States Air Force. With a Ph.D. in Astronautical Engineering, David has held roles such as Research Development Team Lead, R&D Strategic Planner, and Chief of Operations at the 45th Space Wing Command Post. David has also been involved in managing multi-million dollar projects such as the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) and Titan IV rocket. David's expertise lies in technology roadmap development, systems integration, and ground acquisition planning.
