David Leblanc

David LeBlanc is a Senior Electronics Engineer at Air Force Research Laboratory, currently working in the AFRL Sensors Directorate, Spectrum Warfare Division. David leads a team conducting Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation with sensors focusing on Integrated Threat Warning and Electronic Warfare. Prior to their current role, David worked at AF Life Cycle Management Center and Electronic Systems Center in various engineering positions. David holds a M.S.Eng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
