Shin Mou

Shin Mou is a Senior Research Electronics Engineer at Air Force Research Laboratory, specializing in Gallium oxide (Ga2O3) materials development for power electronics. Prior to this role, Mou worked as a Research Electronics Engineer at the same laboratory, focusing on Graphene electronics, devices, and materials. Mou also has experience as a Device Engineer/Scientist at IBM, specializing in Si CMOS production and development. Mou holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
