Soumya Patnaik is a Principal Aerospace Engineer and Computational Engineering Lead at Air Force Research Laboratory. They previously served as Computational Engineering Team Lead at Aerospace Systems Directorate within the same organization. Prior to that, Soumya held the position of Modeling and Simulation Lead at United States Air Force. They attained a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.Tech in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
