Bimin Baby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and consultation, currently serving as a Senior Manager - Business Analyst at Air India Limited since February 2023, where collaboration with internal departments and external vendors has been a key focus. Prior to this role, Bimin worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Mindtree, contributing to the Sabre PSS - End-Transaction Functionality Offload Programme. Bimin's career includes a significant tenure at IBS Software, spanning from 2007 to 2022, during which various roles were held including Business Consultant, Test Architect, Senior Test Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, all of which involved ownership and prioritization of product backlog, defining test strategies, and reviewing quality assurance processes.
