Jaya Surya R is a Senior Engineer AEM at Air India Limited since May 2024, previously serving as a Software Engineer at Cognizant from October 2020 to May 2024, where the title evolved from Junior Software Engineer to Programmer Analyst Trainee. Prior to this, Jaya Surya R completed a summer internship at Cognizant in December 2019, lasting until April 2020. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Velammal College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2020, and a recent certification in Product Management from Airtribe, pursued from August to November 2023.
