Andrew Stafford

Andrew Stafford is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk operations and technical support. Currently serving as Service Desk Technical Team Lead at Air IT since November 2012, Andrew has previously worked as a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst at Concise Technologies Limited from June 2014 to November 2022, where roles also included Technical Engineer and Consultant. Prior experience includes a Technical Consultant position at Novus, focusing on educational sector implementations, and IT Technician duties at Madely High School. Andrew holds a 2:1 Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Staffordshire University and an HND in Computing from South Cheshire College.
