Tim Wiser

Tim Wiser has a strong background in IT, with experience in various roles such as Network Administrator, Network Manager, and Technical Support. Currently working as an Automation Manager at Air IT, Tim is responsible for overseeing the design, creation, testing, and deployment of automation items primarily for the RMM platform used by the Service Desk teams in the UK and globally. Prior to their current role, Tim worked as a Managed Services Engineer at GCI Com and in technical support at Orchid IT. With a strong educational background from Oxford Brookes University and Highfields School, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge in ICT support processes and resolutions.
