Raul Avila

Raul Avila is a seasoned professional in facility management and electrical engineering with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Facility Manager for Building Automation Systems at Northwestern Mutual since July 2022, Raul previously held the position of Computer, Instrument & Controls Supervisor at the City of Racine, where responsibilities included managing electrical maintenance projects and overseeing HVAC, lighting, and CCTV systems. With a foundational background as an Industrial Journeyman Electrician at We Energies, Raul also served as a Communications and Navigation Specialist in the United States Air Force and has worked in electrical roles at Sanmina and the US Navy. Raul holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with diplomas in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
