Baladji Soussilane

Baladji SOUSSILANE has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Baladji is currently working as the Vice President of Digital and IT Group at Air Liquide since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CIO at Bolloré Transport & Logistics from January 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as the CIO at Pierre Fabre from September 2014 to January 2018. Baladji also held a role as the Transition Manager - IT Transformation at Technip from January 2014 to July 2014.

Earlier in their career, Baladji worked as the CIO for Pentair Valves & Controls EMEA (formerly Tyco Flow Control) at Tyco from March 2009 to November 2013. Baladji was responsible for consolidating the IT organization and harmonizing systems due to the company's growth through multiple acquisitions.

Prior to Tyco, Baladji served as the CIO at Plastic Omnium Environment from September 2007 to February 2009. Baladji played a key role in the company's transition from a manufacturing company to a mix of manufacturing and services company. Baladji also worked as the CTO at Plastic Omnium Automotive from January 2003 to September 2007, where they reshaped the IT team and solutions delivery approach to support the company's growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Before their roles at Plastic Omnium, Baladji worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture from September 1999 to December 2003, leading large international IT transformation initiatives. Baladji also worked as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint from June 1997 to August 1999, managing multiple IT transformation projects. At the beginning of their career, they worked as a Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from July 1992 to May 1997, focusing on network and systems management client projects.

Baladji SOUSSILANE completed their Engineering degree in Computer Science at ESIGELEC: ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES from 1986 to 1991. Baladji also holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
