Gérald Casterou

Gérald Casterou is a Digital & Data Project Manager Team Lead at Air Liquide since September 2017, overseeing a team of senior project managers focused on delivering digital, data, and AI solutions for industrial applications. Casterou leads the "AI Readiness" program, aimed at facilitating the integration of AI across the organization, and has played a pivotal role in enhancing Air Liquide's participation in public-funded research collaborations in Europe and North America. Previous experience includes entrepreneurship in hydrogen production technology, a Ph.D. in Nanochemistry for Magnetic Resonance Imaging from Université de Rennes 1, and various roles in polymer science and isotope research. Casterou holds specialized master's degrees in technological project management from ESSEC Business School and Télécom Paris.
