Laurene Fotso-Simo

Laurene Fotso-Simo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management. Currently serving as the Global Process Manager at Air Liquide since May 2017, Laurene is responsible for the global oversight of SACM processes and optimization of the Service Now tool. Prior to this role, Laurene worked at Devoteam from April 2008 to April 2017 as a Senior ITSM Consultant, where involvement included audits and pre-sales for clients such as GRDF, ADP GSI, SANOFI, and PACIFICA. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Business Analyst for Devoteam at Société Générale and as Chef de projet AMOA ITSM at BNP Paribas. Laurene holds an engineering degree in networks and telecommunications from EFREI and completed secondary education at Lycée Général Leclerc in Yaoundé.
