Olivier Randet

Olivier Randet has an extensive career at Air Liquide, spanning over three decades since July 1990, where current roles include Corporate Vice President for Customers, Markets, Energy Transition, and Large Industries, as well as CEO for the Middle East and India, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, and India. Olivier's leadership experience also encompasses serving as CEO for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, managing a workforce of 1600 across ten countries. Key contributions include the design and launch of the Group Customer Experience program and establishing Air Liquide in Turkey. Prior to Air Liquide, Olivier worked as a consultant at Bossard consultants. Educational qualifications include an engineer's degree from AgroParisTech and ongoing executive training at London Business School and INSEAD.
