Pauline Rabis

Pauline Rabis has extensive experience in the field of data and analytics. Pauline is currently working at Air Liquide as a Data Performance Lead, where they assist data teams and operationals in estimating, measuring, and tracking the value delivered by data and analytics products. Pauline also acts as a coach to share their expertise with data analysts and data scientists.

Prior to their current role, Pauline worked at Capgemini Invent as a Senior Data Consultant. Pauline managed the delivery of high impact data and AI products for various industries, such as manufacturing, retail, finance, and public services. Their responsibilities included product discovery, roadmap planning, product delivery in Agile methodology, and product evangelization.

Pauline Rabis received their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Data Engineering, 3D, and User Interfaces (UI) from Télécom Paris between 2013 and 2017. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Majeure Digitale (MSc) in Digital Business at HEC Paris. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Lycée Kléber Strasbourg for Classes préparatoires PCSI, PC*, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. In 2018, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
