William Xu

William Xu has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. William started their career at AIA, where they held various roles including Recruiting Supervisor, Region HR Manager, and Senior Transformation Project Manager. William then joined Air Liquide, where they served as the HR Head for the China Headquarters, Lead HR Business Partner for Electronics, Recruiting & Employer Branding Director, and currently as the Head of Talent Acquisition for China. Throughout their career, William has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategic planning, and project management.

William Xu holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. William also has a Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic credentials, William has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation in 2018, Leadership Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2015, Certified DiSC Assessor from Thomas International in 2008, and FLMI from LOMA in 2001.
