Zineb Melaikia

Zineb MELAIKIA is an experienced Service Delivery Manager currently working at Air Liquide since February 2022, focusing on IT processes, quality of service, and service delivery within Agile project environments. Prior to this role, Zineb co-founded and served as COO of LOOLA, France's first peer-to-peer rental app for mid-end clothes and accessories from January 2019 to December 2021. Zineb also held positions at Altice Group as Service Delivery Manager, managing major accounts and operational client relationships, and at Mantu as a Radio Design Engineer, contributing to network coverage development for telecom operators.
