Bob Mankoff is a seasoned cartoon editor and humor specialist with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as Cartoon Editor at Air Mail since July 2019, Mankoff previously held the same role at The New Yorker from 1997 to April 2017, contributing significantly to the magazine's distinguished reputation. In addition, Mankoff is the President of Cartoon Collections LLC, a platform offering licensing for over 20,000 cartoons from notable publications. Mankoff also serves as Cartoon and Humor Editor at Esquire magazine since May 2017 and owned The Cartoon Bank from June 1997 to August 2008. Mankoff holds a degree from Syracuse University, where studies were completed from 1962 to 1966.
