Curtis Wanberg

Curtis Wanberg is an accomplished HAA Pilot and Check Airman at Air Methods, where they have been employed since 2013. Their aviation career began in the USAF as a jet engine mechanic, a role they held from 2000 to 2013. After completing flight school, Curtis served as a pilot at Whirlybird Helicopters and Haverfield Aviation, gaining extensive experience in various aviation operations. In addition to their flying responsibilities, Curtis is a part-time professor at MSU Denver, educating future aviation professionals, and they hold a Master's degree in System Simulation and Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they completed in 2016.
