Daniel Rice

Daniel Rice has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Attorney At Law at Teilborg, Sanders & Parks, P.C. from 1992 to 1996. Daniel then transitioned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent from 1996 to 2006. Following this, they served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Commissioned Officer and was activated in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Daniel also had a long tenure in the US Army as a Professor and Commissioned Officer in various capacities. More recently, Daniel has held leadership positions in companies like Newmont Mining Corporation, SDG&E, and Air Methods, focusing on safety, security, aviation services, and executive transitioning. Daniel also worked as a Consultant under their own company in 2019.

Daniel Rice attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering. Daniel then pursued a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law and later earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from The University of Texas.
