Hawnwan Moy

Hawnwan Moy is an Emergency Medicine Physician at Mercy Hospital Emergency Department since June 2022 and has extensive experience in prehospital care and education. As Editor in Chief and Co-host of the AMPED podcast and the But Why EMS Podcast, Hawnwan Moy engages in critical care discussions for both prehospital and in-hospital providers. Additionally, Hawnwan Moy serves as Medical Director for Lincoln County Ambulance District and NAEMSP, and has been involved with the Prehospital Emergency Care Podcast since October 2014. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Benedictine University. Previously, Hawnwan Moy held teaching roles at Washington University in St. Louis and completed an EMS Fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
