Kimberly Pickering

Kimberly Pickering currently serves as School Board President for Richmond Community Schools and as Human Resource Information System Manager at Air Methods. With a strong background in HRIS and payroll management, Kimberly co-founded KBP Consulting and has held strategic roles in various organizations, including HRIS Manager positions at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Alterra Mountain Company, where significant contributions included the implementation of a new HCM system. Kimberly's extensive experience encompasses managing payroll for up to 250 employees at MegaStar Financial Corp, as well as global HRIS responsibilities at NetApp SolidFire. An alumnus of the University of Indianapolis, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR systems and strategic project management throughout a diverse professional career.
