Patrick Barkley

Patrick Barkley currently serves as the Director of Emergency Management at Air Methods since June 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at FEMA from February 2024 to June 2025, and before that, worked as a Clinical Informatics Administrator for Global Medical Response from March 2020 to February 2024. Patrick's experience also includes positions at Med-Trans Corporation as a Systems Administrator and Program Manager, as well as Flight Paramedic and Regional Program Director at EagleMed LLC from May 2006 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Analytics and an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from Western Governors University, along with multiple certifications in fire service and law enforcement from Oklahoma State University and the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training.
