Rianna Riccardi

Rianna Riccardi, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Air Methods since October 2024, Rianna collaborates with HR Business Partners to address employee relations and implement company initiatives. Previously, Rianna worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at Intercept Health, where responsibilities included advising on HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing performance management processes. Rianna’s prior experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Candidate Source and an HR Expert at Target, along with a background in education and coaching. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, Rianna possesses a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
