Dr. Lydia de Haan has extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Directeur Data & Analytics at Air Miles- Loyalty Management Netherlands B.V. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. de Haan worked as a docent in statistical programming at Tridata and as a beleidsmedewerker, focusing on data science and project management at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit. Dr. de Haan also completed a PhD in Farmacoepidemiologie and Klinische Farmacologie at Universiteit Utrecht, where research included significant projects in psychopharmacology. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Cognition, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, all from Utrecht University. A background in psychiatric genetic research at Massachusetts General Hospital complements the strong foundation in research and data analysis.
