Aarti Sawant-Goel

Aarti Sawant-Goel is a Senior Principal Civil & Structural Engineer at Air Products since September 2023, focusing on project execution for hydrogen facilities in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as construction support for hydrogen refuelling stations in Germany. Previously, Aarti served as a Senior Design Engineer at Arcadis from November 2017 to August 2023, where the role involved engineering design and consulting for utility buildings and industrial plants. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer in engineering consulting for buildings and EPC services in oil, gas, petrochemical, fertilizers, and power at Maire Tecnimont between March 2014 and September 2016. Aarti began a career at FLSmidth as Deputy Manager from October 2012 to February 2014, focusing on engineering and operations in cement and minerals. Aarti holds a PhD in Computational Mechanics from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
