Benjamin M. Hussa

Benjamin M. Hussa is vice president, Taxes, at Air Products. He is responsible for managing the tax affairs of the company, including strategic tax planning, tax compliance, and navigating the company through the substantial tax impacts of energy transition.

Mr. Hussa joined Air Products in 2010 as tax counsel. After four years with the company, he worked as a business tax director for General Electric and then as head of Tax and Treasury for Versum Materials, the company created by the spin-off of Air Products' electronics materials business. He rejoined Air Products in 2018 as executive director, Taxes.

Prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Hussa was a tax associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia and worked as an associate for PwC in San Francisco before attending law school.

Mr. Hussa holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University, a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from NYU Law School. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and an adjunct lecturer in tax at Temple University's Beasley School of Law.
