Melissa Dearstyne is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on process engineering in the chemical industry. Since June 2013, Melissa has served as the Engineering Americas Principal Process Engineer at Air Products, providing technical support for CO/Syngas HYCO plants and enhancing plant efficiency, capacity, and reliability. Previous roles at Air Products include Cryo Systems Process Engineer, where Melissa was responsible for the design of air separation units, and GO CI Stable Operations Engineer, focusing on KPI development and data analysis for global operations.
