Randy H. possesses over 15 years of experience in various management roles within the engineering and operations sectors. Currently serving as the Purchasing and Logistics Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Air Products and Chemicals since February 2010, Randy has a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as OpEx Manager at Tyco Flow Control, Production Supervisor at Schlumberger, and Advanced Production Engineer at 3M. Early career experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer and Technical Manager at Guangzhou Port. Randy holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.
