Currently serving as an Engineer at Air Products India since April 2022, Rushi previously held the position of Manager at Larsen & Toubro Chiyoda from November 2018 to April 2022 and worked as an Associate Design Engineer at Fluor Daniel India Private Limited from February 2017 to November 2018. Earlier roles include Structure Engineer at Linde Engineering India Pvt Ltd. from July 2011 to February 2017 and at FLSmidth from July 2008 to May 2009, with responsibilities focused on static calculations for steel and reinforced concrete structures. Rushi holds an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2011.
