Apurva Khamparia began their work experience in 2013 as a Research Intern at Defense Research and Development Laboratory, where they focused on developing an eco-friendly defense anti-freeze coolant. They then served as a Process Engineering Intern at LafargeHolcim in 2014, where they optimized process parameters. In 2015, they worked as a Process Engineer at Jindal Stainless Limited, implementing Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles. From 2017 to 2018, Apurva worked as a Laboratory Engineer at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, optimizing the instructional pilot plant. Following that, they joined JUST as an Associate Process Engineer, executing pilot runs and lab trials and identifying avenues for improvement. They then advanced to the role of Project-Process Engineer at JUST, where they worked on various CAPEX projects from design to execution. Currently, Apurva holds the position of Sr. Project Engineer at Air Protein, starting in 2023.
Apurva Khamparia has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, Apurva earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur. Apurva also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate, which was obtained in April 2018 from the Management and Strategy Institute.
