Marija Trifunović

Marija Trifunović is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, employee development, and talent management. Currently serving as the HR Processes and Analytics Manager and HR Business Partner at Air Serbia since November 2021, Marija previously held positions at MaxBet as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, Roaming Networks as an HR Coordinator for Recruitment and Development, and Frikom doo as an HR Specialist. Marija's expertise encompasses the full cycle of recruiting, employee onboarding, and designing employee benefits, as well as active participation in various HR initiatives and events. Marija holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Belgrade and has completed high school studies in economics with a specialization in insurance.
