Katherine Cowan

Katherine Cowan currently serves as Scheduled Services Manager at Air Tindi, overseeing passenger and cargo services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine accumulated extensive experience at Canadian North, holding various positions including Manager of Client Engagement - Cargo, Customer Service Manager, and Operations Manager. Responsibilities included managing cargo operations in Yellowknife, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and leading teams of up to 30 employees. Katherine also contributed to commercial planning, customer service training, and project management throughout a decade of service at Canadian North. Earlier career experience includes working as a Customer Service Chargehand at Servisair, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing flight activities and training staff. Katherine holds a Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Alberta, earned from 2012 to 2016, and graduated from Leduc Composite High School in 2002.
