Cameron Phelps possesses extensive experience in operations and team management within the transportation and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a System Operations Controller and previously as a Senior Crew Scheduler and Flight Crew Scheduler at Air Transport International, Inc., Cameron has honed skills in flight operations and crew management since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Ramp Process Assistant at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading teams, training associates, and overseeing package sortation processes for over 300,000 daily shipments. Cameron's experience at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from September 2013 to August 2017 involved delivering exceptional guest service to over 3 million visitors, managing daily operations across multiple locations, and conducting recruitment for a large workforce. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Wilmington College, achieved in May 2020.
