Tayyaba R. has extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Development, currently serving as the Director of HRM&D at Air University since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tayyaba held the position of Deputy Director HRM&D at Fazaia Medical College from April 2021 to November 2021 and served as the Director of HRD at xFlow Research Inc. from June 2019 to March 2021. Additionally, a brief tenure as Manager of Communication & Engagement occurred at a Non-Profit organization from November 2018 to February 2019.
