Mangesh Karyakarte

As the Chief Sales Officer & Accountable Manager, Airline & Defense MRO, Mangesh leads the business development portfolio at Air Works for Airline and Defense Sales. He is an extremely skilled, versatile and an affable industry professional with over three decades of hardcore aviation experience, including over 20 years with the Indian Air Force (IAF), where in his last role, he was the Commanding Officer, Ground Navigation Aids MRO.

Prior to joining Air Works, Mangesh was a Planning Manager at SpiceJet, where he managed the scheduled fleet maintenance for the airline’s fleet of B-737NG & Q-400s and oversaw quality, maintenance training and budgets. He is an expert negotiator, a gifted communicator and excellent at client relationships, having repeatedly produced strong growth with sustained revenue while implementing Air Works’ strategic vision, in synergy with its objectives.
