Arash Nasseri

Arash Nasseri is currently the Director of Earthquake Engineering at Verisk Extreme Event Solutions, a position held since April 2024, after serving as a Senior Principal Engineer and Senior Manager at Verisk from April 2018 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at AIR Worldwide from August 2010 to April 2018, focusing on regional earthquake loss estimation models and their economic impacts. Arash's earlier career includes research and teaching assistant positions at Northeastern University, as well as internships at FM Global. Arash Nasseri holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Northeastern University, an MSc in Earthquake Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Tehran.
