Joel Rietz is an experienced Senior Software Engineer at Cikoria Embedded since April 2022, previously serving as CTO and co-founder of Pantry Sverige AB from May 2020 to April 2022. Joel has a solid background in engineering roles, including Embedded Systems and Hardware Engineer at Voi Technology, where significant contributions were made during the early stages of the e-scooter company from August 2018 to May 2020. Prior experience includes consulting for Netlight, software development for Semcon, and working on a master thesis at ÅF focused on positioning algorithms in the automotive industry. Joel also developed an automated script algorithm for Ericsson and holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Control Systems from Uppsala University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
